Chronic Ear Infections
Ear infections, in both babies and adults, are often times caused by excessive fluid build up in an individuals ear. Chiropractic care does not treat the infection. Although the chiropractic adjustment does have beneficial effects on an individuals immune system, chiropractic care is more effectively used to help prevent future ear infections rather than the treatment of acute infection. Chiropractic care helps to alleviate persistent muscle tension in the upper neck which then allows for proper drainage within the ear.
