We are blessed to have a beautiful facility on the growing north side of Beaver Dam, with easy on and off access to Highway 151. Positioned directly next to the YMCA and close to major shopping centers and restaurants, we offer a convenient location for patient care. Our facility features 6 examination rooms, 3 private Hydro Massage suites, 2 modality rooms, 2 massage therapy suites, and a sprawling physical therapy center. When you visit us, you will be immersed in a spa-like atmosphere as you’re surrounded by water features, beautiful artwork, positive music, and welcoming faces. We pride ourselves on making your visit to Beaver Dam Chiropractic & Rehab as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
